600 UK to showcase all ranges at 'OPENHOUSE' event
600 UK announces 'OPENHOUSE' event from 10 to 12 November 2009
600 UK will showcase its entire range of advanced CNC turning centres, VMCs and Fanuc Robodrill and Robocut EDM machines at a special Openhouse event for all UK customers, worldwide distributors and other engineering specialists at its Heckmondwike, West Yorkshire headquarters (10th-12th November).
Among the industry-leading machines on show will be 600 UK’s Alpha X Series – the world’s finest CNC combination lathe – as well as the latest-generation Tornado TT6 twin-turret, twin-spindle CNC turning centre and the Storm Vertical Machining Centre range.
Visitors will also see advanced workholding products and machine tool components from Parat, Pratt Burnerd International, Crawford Collets and Gamet Bearings, plus state-of-the-art laser marking systems from Electrox – market-leading brands which are all integrated within the British-based 600 Group.
Details of a completely new re-engineering service for Colchester and Harrison centre lathes – designed to transform older machines to ‘nearly-new’ and extend their life for many years through comprehensive refurbishment by the original British manufacturer – will be unveiled at the three-day Openhouse.
600 UK will also present a series of outstanding finance terms for customers in the UK, including 0% finance deals, a new ‘scrappage’ scheme, extended warranty and machine rental offers.
“This event marks the first opportunity for 600 UK customers to see our new manufacturing and showroom facilities, where 600 UK has consolidated its machine tools business and expanded its spares, accessories and components manufacturing at the Heckmondwike plant,” said 600 UK General Manager Mike Berry.
